Mid Level Support contract provides your organisation with the following:
  • A support engineer for instant remote assistance.
  • Failing a remote assistance fix, (ie a physical problem), a visit from an engineer to remedy the problem.
  • Security protection (antivirus and spyware with URL Filtering) for each machine with 24×7 monitoring included.
  • Full advice from one of our infrastructure and business productivity consultants when you need it.
  • Monthly scheduled face to face meetings to make sure you are happy with the service and a inspection of included devices for potential problems.
  • Daily or weekly server monitoring and maintainance which includes problem resolution, update installations and backup system inspection.
  • Access to contingency equipment to get you backup up and running until your equipment is repaired or replaced as a result of a failure.
  • Third party project management support.

This package mainly suites smaller organisations up to 250 devices, and can be can be tailored to suite your requirements.
